MEMBERSHIP TERMS & CONDITIONS:

• Meeting dates are every fortnight on a Thursday between 9am- 10am. Dates will be published on this website, and emailed to members directly. Members are asked to attend every meeting and treat it as they would any other business meeting. Member are expected to attend every time unless a genuine emergency arises. If you believe you will be on holiday and can’t attend, members can arrange a substitute to attend in your place to represent you. If anybody misses three sessions over a short period of time, the question will be raised as to whether you intend to remain as part of the group. 
• Timing – The meeting lasts for 1 hour and members should all aim to be available for the full hour and give it their full attention. It should be treated as a business meeting and as such your phone should be switched off and background noise minimised. Should you be expecting an important call then forewarn us at the start of the meeting but non urgent calls would be expected to be taken after the meeting.
• We must all treat each other with respect and in a professional manner at all times 
• The structure of the meeting is to include a short minute long presentation from each of member about their business, a 10 minute presentation, a session on “support needed” and finishing with a “good news round”.
• Members are encouraged everyone to meet other members on a 121 basis outside of the meeting in an attempt to understand each others business more, which in turn helps us recognise when somebody else may benefit from an introduction to a group member. 
• Membership costs £10 per month, which is payable at the start of every month. 
• Membership entitles the member to business category exclusivity, and no other business types in that category will be allowed to visit the group, or become members.
• All matters discussed within the meetings are considered private and confidential within the group.
